We offer free local pickup for customers in the Minot, ND area.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are determined by the carrier.

The Rack Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to USPS.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Address

The Rack Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not the responsibility of The Rack Boutique. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item for store credit. Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
